It includes 2 full clarity coaching sessions plus all you need to know to create a unique to you vision board to move your forwards.
First you listen to a guided audio meditation so you feel fully relaxed and able to tune into your real vision and answer 30 quick fire clarity coaching questions to uncover your true desires and a further set of 6 coaching questions to guide you to understand what really matters most to you.
A second visualisation audio and a second clarity coaching exercise guides you to audit your life, set goals and intentions, based on how you want to feel as well as what you want to do and achieve.
A detailed workbook guides you through exactly how to create your powerful vision board which you can refer to on a daily basis to remind and inspire you and keep you on track with bringing your vision to your reality.
