How it works...

You'll become a valued member of a small what's app group where Rebecca takes you through the course and gives you reflection prompts to think about, journal on and discuss as a group. You get to choose what works for you. You'll also get to meet your group at an opening circle on Zoom.

Online Circles :

We'll meet on zoom to get to know each other. I'll open our circle with a relaxing ritual and let you know how to make the most of this 12 week journey. It's a wonderful chance to connect and share your hopes and dreams for the time you'll journey through the course contents together. In the closing circle you'll get to celebrate each other and share how far you've come.

Online Course platform :

Full coaching content is provided by videos, workbooks and action sheets give you all the information you need to rediscover yourself, move past blocks that get in your way of truly thrive in motherhood.

Whats App Community:

12 weeks of guided conversation and reflection (group coaching) via WhatsApp to give you time and head space to think about and talk through what's going on for you in this time of being a Mum - your matrescence. Rebecca will share information and coaching questions so you can understand what motherhood has brought up for you, rediscover what makes you who you are, get clear on what matters to you now and why, and determine how you can live as the woman and mother you want to be right now and in the future too.

One to One Calls:

How long is the programme?

12 weeks with What's app group coaching and conversation throughout this time. You'll have access to the six guided modules for minimum of 12 months.

Is this suitable if I'm brand new to coaching?

Yes - it's practical and gentle; you set the pace.

Do I need the book?

No - it's optional and complementary.

What if I don't want to join in or share in the conversations?

You'll get to listen to Rebecca's coaching in the what's app group and participate as little or as much as you'd like. As it's a small group you will likely find you enjoy the supportive likeminded community encouragement. you also get all the resources on the coaching platform and 2 1:1 calls with Rebecca.

What's the difference between Me to We group and Free t Be Me 1:1 coaching?

Group coaching offers community + momentum, whereas 1:1 is fully tailored with more direct support. You can always add on more 1:1 support where you'd like to.
