I’m Rebecca - a life coach trained in matrescence, life transitions and self-love.
Me to We grew from my own journey as a mum and from years supporting other mums through identity and lifestyle shifts. I’ve lived this, I wrote a book on it, and I love guiding mums through it - gently, practically, without the hustle.
I’ll be your kind and caring expert on hand throughout the programme to guide you through your motherhood identity shift. You can ask me anything on the group calls or in between times via email, direct message on socials or the Voxer walkie talkie app.

Weekly online meet up :
12 weekly 60 minute Zoom group coaching calls (held in term time on Mondays) to give you time and space to honour your time of being a Mum - your matrescence - so you can work out what it means, rediscover who you are and what matters to you now. Replays and action sheets ensure you receive the full experience.

Uplevel your life using Level 1 of my framework as your guide. Check you're meeting your basic needs, relaxing and rebalance your nervous system so you can feel calm and in control and feel close to those you love.

Understand the season of matrescence you're in right now and how to enjoy it to the full. Work out what you need to make life feel meaningful to you as a Mum and how to feel successful fulfilled as a whole woman.
