You're doing a great job!
So why doesn't it feel like it?
You're holding it all, the nursery/ school run, the mental and emotional load, your career, your relationships.
Yet it doesn't feel enough.
And you've no time to stop doing for a minute, to think about it or to relax and just be. So there's just not much of you left at the end of the day.
Imagine being able to put it all down for ninety minutes. Somewhere where the guilt doesn't follow you in.
A room where you get to actually think about yourself and your life and tell the truth about how you're feeling with other women nodding because they know exactly what you mean.
Six monthly evenings of deep, juicy conversation and the kind of connection that's hard to find once you're deep in motherhood.
It's not a course. Not another thing to "keep up with."
You don't need to know anyone in the room, and you don't need to have done anything like this before.
● Small and intimate, capped at 10 women, so it never feels like a room full of strangers
● Conversation-led, guided reflection, not lectures
● Ritual grounding, a seasonal altar, candles, music and meditation to help you arrive and settle
● Journalling time, space to actually process, not just talk
● Refreshments, because you deserve to be looked after too
● Monthly, to give you enough time to reflect and live what you've uncovered before you come back
All sessions run 7–8.30pm at My Little Boardroom, Wokingham.

I believe women need women as much as we need our partners and our kids.
When we feel isolated and unsure, it's other women who steady us, women who let us think our thoughts out loud, without needing to explain or justify first, and who support us to be and do all we want to.
That's what the Circle is.
A room to say the true thing out loud, and find out you're not the only one thinking it, a sense of shared understanding, and the chance to talk about the things that matter, that you don't get to talk about anywhere else.
We hold space for each other to talk, and we listen, while we each work things out for ourselves. We see ourselves in each other, and when we feel that support for others, we feel it for ourselves too.
It's connection, community and conversation.
It's calm, and full of emotion, the kind that creates transformation.
We'll talk about your grief for what you've lost.
We'll talk about all the good bits too - all the joy.
You'll get to let go of what you're carrying, and leave feeling lighter, every time.
And when you know you're held, through the highs and the lows, you find you can be braver. You can have those deeper conversations outside the room too, with your partner, with your work, because you're confidence about how you feel, what you believe in and you know you're not alone.
What we come back to enjoy every time:
Meet with like-minded women where you get to show up as yourself, no pretending required.
Experience the sense of belonging and discover other women who think and feel the things you thought were just yours to carry.
● Harmony, space to feel settled, not stretched
● Connection, real relationships, not small talk
● Joy and fun, because thriving isn't only serious work
● Equality, your voice matters as much as anyone else's in the room
You feel less alone. And more you again.

1 · Dropping the Mum Guilt,

2 · Relationships & Romance,

3 · Financial Independence,
Thursday 14th January
Why your own financial independence matters, for your confidence, your choices, your sense of self, and where to start.
4 · The Keys to Confidence,
Thursday 4th February
Stop shrinking in work and in life. How to speak up, take up space, and act on what you actually want.
5 · Setting Your Vision,
Thursday 4th March
A hands-on evening: build your vision board and a real action plan for the work and life you're moving towards.
6 · Celebrate & Sustainable Seasonal Living,
Thursday 1st April
We'll look back at everything you've learnt, and close with a conversation on living with the seasons.
You'll be warmly welcomed with a drink, and we'll take a few minutes to relax and settle in.
We gather in a circle around an altar, a central decoration of candles, crystals and seasonal touches, chosen to reflect that evening's topic. With music playing, we open with a short meditation, and I'll introduce the topic of the evening.
Then it's your turn to journal on a key question, and have the chance to share what came up for you.
We close by each setting an intention for the week ahead, followed by a closing reading or meditation,
and there's time to chat, while I pack away.
Because we meet monthly, over six evenings, you'll really get to know the other women in the room.
Many circles set up a WhatsApp group, to stay connected in between sessions and afterwards too.
It's completely optional, but there if you'd like it.

● You're an ambitious, capable woman who feels quietly lost in the day-to-day of motherhood
● You're tired of carrying guilt that comes no matter what you do
● You want deep, juicy conversation, not another Instagram scroll that leaves you feeling worse.
● You're ready to reconnect with who you are, not just who you are to everyone else.
Not a to-do list. Not more advice to follow. Just:
● Self-compassion, for the mother and the woman you actually are, not the one you think you should be
● Clarity, on your own thoughts and feelings, once you've said them out loud
● Release, space to name your fears out loud, and leave them in the room
● Positive affirmations, words that actually support you, to carry back into daily life
● Your Intuition, leading the way, in the room, and in the weeks between and after.

The Investment
£180 for all 6 evenings, including refreshments and use of the beautiful My Little Boardroom space.
Places are strictly limited to 10 women, to protect the small-group feel that makes this work.
We understand that life happens. The Circle is built to hold you across the six months, but if you miss one, you'll still have the Whats App group and the reflection prompts which you can enjoy reflecting on in your own time. And Rebecca is happy to chat to you in between the circles via the Whats App group too.
No. This is peer connection and guided reflection, a space to think out loud with other women who get it, not clinical support.
We hold space for each other and listen, while each of us works things out for ourselves.
Just yourself, and an open mind. Journals will be provided.
