You're holding it all!
The school run, the mental and the emotional load, your career, your relationships. Yet the version of yourself that is left at the end of the day?
It doesn't feel enough!
You don't need another to-do list. You need a room where you get to put it all down for ninety minutes. Where the guilt doesn't follow you in.
Where other women are nodding along with you because they know exactly what you mean.
That's the circle.

It's hard, navigating being a woman and a mum. There's so much to unlearn and liberate ourselves from, the should's, the guilt, the quiet pressure to hold it all and never let it show.
I believe women need women as much as we need our partners and our kids.
When we feel isolated and unsure, it's other women who steady us, women who let us think our thoughts out loud, without needing to explain or justify first, and who support us to be and do all we want to.
That's what the Circle is.
A room to say the true thing out loud, and find out you're not the only one thinking it, a sense of shared understanding, and the chance to talk about the things that matter, that you don't get to talk about anywhere else.
We hold space for each other to talk, and we listen, while we each work things out for ourselves. We see ourselves in each other, and when we feel that support for others, we feel it for ourselves too.
It's Connection, Community and Conversation.
It's calm, and full of emotion, the kind that creates transformation.
We'll talk about grief.
We'll talk about joy.
It's the sense of belonging. Meeting like-minded women where you get to show up as yourself, no pretending required, and discovering other women who think and feel the things you thought were just yours.
You feel less alone. Less broken. More you. And when you know you're held, through the highs and the lows, you find you can be braver outside the room too because you're not doing it alone.

What we come back to enjoy every time:
● Harmony, space to feel settled, not stretched
● Connection, real talk, not small talk
● Joy and fun, because thriving isn't only serious work
● Equality, your voice matters as much as anyone else's in the room

Six monthly evenings. Small group.
Relaxing music and meditation ritual to get you ready for some juicy conversation and the kind of connection that's hard to find once you're deep in motherhood.
Not a course. Not another thing to "keep up with."
A space that meets you once a month, and holds you in between.
Warm and welcoming, always.
You don't need to know anyone in the room, and you don't need to have done anything like this before.
You'll leave with fresh insight and understanding of what it means to be a woman, what matters most and how you want to live your life moving forwards.
● Small and intimate, capped at 10 women, so it never feels like a room full of strangers
● Conversation-led, guided reflection, not lectures
● Ritual grounding, a seasonal altar, candles, music and meditation to help you arrive and settle
● Intention setting, time and space to actually process, not just talk
● Refreshments included, because you deserve to be looked after too. (Online circles get a goodie pack sent in the post.)
● Monthly, enough time to live what you've reflected on before you come back.
In person or online, you choose
There's two ways to join the same journey. Pick whichever one fits your life.
Both are the full Circle experiences with: Guided relaxation, conversation, intention setting and the same small group connection held each month.
1 · Dropping the Mum Guilt,
In person: Thursday 5th November
Online: Thursday 19th November
What's guilt that is actually useful, and what's guilt you can give up because you were never meant to carry it?
We'll untangle the two and you'll leave feeling lighter.
2 · Relationships & Romance,
In person: Thursday 3rd December
Online: Thursday 7th January
Parenting can quietly edge out the relationship that started it all. Life is a lot, you can end up running on empty rather than keeping the romance alive.
We'll discover how teamwork makes the dream work.
3 · Financial Independence,
In person: Thursday 14th January
Online: Thursday 21st January
Why your own financial independence matters, for your confidence, your choices and your sense of self.
We'll talk about where to start.
4 · The Keys to Confidence,
In person: Thursday 4th February
Online: Thursday 18th February
Stop shrinking in work and in life. How to speak up, take up space, and act on what you actually want.
You'll leave feeling bolder and braver
5 · Setting Your Vision,
In person: Thursday 4th March
Online: Thursday 18th March
Be guided on a future you visualisation where you get to dream about all you desire. We'll discuss what came up for you and how you can move towards what you want.
You'll leave feeling hopeful and excited for the future.
6 · Seasonal Living & Celebration
In person: Thursday 1st April
Online: Thursday 15th April
We'll close with a conversation on living in alignment with your natural energy cycles and the seasons.
You'll leave feeling confident, nurtured and nourished.
You'll be warmly welcomed and we'll take a few minutes to relax and settle in.
We gather in a circle around an altar, a central decoration of candles, crystals and seasonal touches, chosen to reflect that evening's topic. With music playing, we open with a short meditation, and I'll introduce the topic of the evening.
Then it's your turn: you'll journal on a key question, and have the chance to share what came up for you.
We close by each setting an intention for the week ahead, followed by a closing reading or meditation,
and there's time to chat, while I pack away.
Because we meet monthly, over six evenings, you'll really get to know the other women in the room.
Many circles set up a WhatsApp group, afterwards too so you stay connected in between sessions. It's completely optional, there if you'd like it.

● You're an ambitious, capable woman who feels quietly lost in the day-to-day of motherhood
● You're tired of carrying guilt that comes no matter what you do
● You want to explore how you're feeling and hear how others are feeling too.
● You know a juicy conversation will help you reconnect with who you are and move you forward feeling confident rather than another Instagram scroll which just leaves you feeling worse.
Not a to-do list. Not more advice to follow. Just:
● Self-compassion, for the mother and the woman you actually are, not the one you think you should be
● Clarity, on your own thoughts and feelings, once you've said them out loud
● Release, space to name your fears out loud, and leave them in the room
● Positive affirmations, words that actually support you, to carry back into daily life
● Your Intuition, leading the way, in the room, and in the weeks between and after.

The Investment
£180 for all six evenings.
In-person places include refreshments and use of the beautiful My Little Boardroom space.
Online places receive a goodie pack of refreshments in the post to enjoy live on the calls over Zoom.
Places are strictly limited to 10 women per circle. Choose to join the in person or the online circle to protect the intimate small-group feel that makes this work best.
We understand that life happens. The Circle is built to hold you across the six months, but if you miss one, you'll still have the Whats App group and the reflection prompts which you can enjoy reflecting on in your own time. And Rebecca is happy to chat to you in between the circles via the Whats App group too.
No. This is peer connection and guided reflection, a space to think out loud with other women who get it, not clinical support.
We hold space for each other and listen, while each of us works things out for ourselves.
Just yourself, and an open mind. Journals will be provided.
My Little Boardroom, Wokingham. Full address on booking.
Each circle runs as it's own small group of 10, so we'd ask you to choose the same group for the six evenings. But do get in touch if your circumstances change before the circle starts.
